The future of US-Taliban peace deal

One of the most important agreements in world politics in recent times is the US-Taliban peace deal.In the meantime, multidimensional analysis has begun among analysts surrounding the deal. But above all analysis, the main issue is how much peace can this agreement bring to a country called Afghanistan? An analysis of the history of Afghan-US relations gives a clear indication that such thinking by political analysts is not entirely unreasonable. In 1969, the former Soviet Union took control of Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, and other parts of the country. The Afghan Mujahideen revolted against that Soviet domination. At the time, some Arabs, such as Osama bin Laden, came forward to help the Afghan Mujahideen in the name of jihad against Soviet domination. At that time, the Afghan Mujahideen gradually became stronger with the direct help of America. One of the reasons for the US presence in Afghanistan was the fear of the former Soviet Union. In order to stop the domination of the Soviet Union, the United States created the Taliban with arms and money in direct cooperation.
At one point, the United States also supplied state-of-the-art Stringer missiles, which can be carried over the shoulder and used to destroy aircraft.
At that time, the Taliban was able to stop the Soviet Union's dominance in Afghanistan with the direct help of the United States. But in the evolution of time, the forces formed with the help of that America took a stand against America. The Afghan war was the second longest war in the history of the US war outside the country after the Vietnam War. Speaking of the war on terror, the United States launched an operation against al-Qaeda in Afghanistan the same year after the 2001 terrorist attacks on the Twin Towers. The Americans have suffered a lot in the war that has been going on for more than a decade and a half. According to US government estimates, there were at least 100,000 US troops in Afghanistan between 2010 and 2012.Behind them has spent 100 billion dollars. From 2016 to 2017, their annual expenditure was 40 billion. In the year of September 2019, 36 billion has been spent this year.In both the military and economic spheres, US-led NATO forces have not been able to cope with the Taliban. The agreement does not explicitly say what the future of Afghanistan will look like, especially if NATO troops are withdrawn in accordance with the agreement, then what will be the scope of power of the current government in Kabul. The main goal of the Taliban is to implement Sharia law. So the Taliban have an ideological final conflict with the current Afghan government.Above all, an analysis shows that the core crisis of the deal will be centered on the compromise between the Taliban and the current Afghan government. This is because the internal crisis between the two groups will be prolonged as there is no outline of what kind of relationship or compromise will be between the two groups believing in two mindsets and two opposite ideologies. As a result, the US-Taliban peace agreement will become worthless.
